Jobboard Finder’s opinion

Jobboard Finder’s opinion Summary: Bubble Jobs belongs to CiiSOFT, a recruitment software company, created in 2013. Oddly enough, Bubble Jobs was actually created in 2011, but it does not appear to be the main website. As a niche job board for web, digital, e-commerce, online marketing and media jobs, the Bubble Jobs layout and even some links might surprise some users. The “About Us” section, for instance, does not work. The team is very active on social media though for their 1 056 followers on Instagram, 2 233 on Facebook, 508 on LinkedIn, 12 600 on Twitter and 342 on YouTube. According to Easycounter, 15 630 visitors check out the site per month. In the brochure and on YouTube, the two featured staff members are Rosie Quinn and Charlotte Wynch. Design: Bubble Jobs has a layout, which doesn’t fill out the screen. Just below the search engine (keywords and location), you can access the latest jobs and different categories to start your search. There are currently no featured jobs. Unfortunately, in the listing, there are no additional filters. You can see the publication date and logo for each offer. When you open an offer, the useful information (including expiry dates) appears above the description. All offers also have some type of salary information. The job board objective: Bubble Jobs has a number of interesting categories to encourage both recruiters and jobseekers to use their site. The offers cover both IT and creative positions. Recruiter observations: Recruiters must contact the team to advertise. Jobseeker observations: It’s easy to create an account and you need one to apply to offers, even if you are redirected to another site. The job offers: There are currently 50 026 job offers online. Digital Marketing and Web & Software Development are part of the categories with the most offers. Reactivity: You can write to the team on Facebook. Special features: The career blog (no publication dates); the number of shares for each article; the YouTube videos; the list of partners; the testimonials; the employer resources; the 10 reasons to choose Bubble; the awards; job alerts; the advertising brochure. Verdict: It’s a shame the “popular categories” are exactly the same as the “job areas” (meaning that every category is a popular category). It would be nice to have more information about the company and the team. The offers are interesting though. The advertising information is limited.
