Jobboard Finder’s opinion Summary: Created in 2000, Erecrut now belongs to CareerBuilder and it is a specialist job board for retail and sales jobs. The only social media page, which still exists is the Twitter page and it has 835 followers (but no new posts since 2016). If you want to find out more about the job board, you’ll only find information on CareerBuilder. If you want to know more about the mother company, you can visit their profile. Design: The homepage layout is rather basic. The search engine (keywords, location) appears at eye-level. The featured employers really are hiring, which is great. You can also access some news (which leads to the CareerBuilder site). In the job listing, the logos and publication dates are visible and the borders (between the offers, the filters and so on) are very faint (as if there weren’t any). The filters (contracts, publication dates, regions, cities) help cull the offers. You can also sort the offers based on the relevance and date. The design is clear and attractive. The job board objective: Erecrut targets a specific audience but it also has the support of a larger group, so you can be sure to find interesting offers. Recruiter observations: Recruiters can create an account almost effortlessly. Jobseeker observations: Jobseekers are redirected to apply to offers. The job offers: There are over 480 job offers on the site. Most of them are in the north and are long term contracts. Reactivity: The team answers quickly. Special features: The feedback options; job alerts; the various news portals (which have not been updated in a while). Verdict: If you are in the retail or sales industry, the advantage of using Erecrut is that it is backed up by a much larger job board, but it has done the work of refining the search for you.
