Site's statement Monster.com was founded in 1994 in the USA, and is present since 1998 in the Netherlands under the name Monsterboard.nl. We have become the largest online job bank of the Netherlands. We have turned from a traditionnal 'jobsite' into a real career portal that helps people in every stage of their career.
