Site's statement ParisJob is the job platform dedicated to the active community in Ile-de-France. HelloWork brand, ParisJob allows Ile-de-France residents to find a job close from home and give them better balance between life and work. ParisJob aims to help workers throughout their careers find training or employment, and to help companies and training centers by making recruitment as easy as possible How ? By working on connecting candidates and recruiters. As soon as a recruiter entrusts his job, ParisJob will attract the right candidates via dedicated communication, understand their browsing behavior and personalize the ads by showing the job ad that correspond to what they are looking for. In parallel, the connection will be made beyond the ParisJob platform. The candidates will be targeted thanks to the data and the algorithms. Only candidates who are interesting and likely to be interested in the job ad will be sent via notifications. The goal is to quickly hire the candidates by having them apply in 1 click. ParisJob is the Parisian brand of HelloWork, the leading French digital player in employment, recruitment and training. HelloWork connects recruitment and training professionals with all those who want to change jobs or improve their skills. HelloWork thinks that everyone can find a job that fits their life plan.
