Today, the site attracts 1.83 million visitors a month, which is double what it was 2 years ago. It’s recently supported the development of a new job board for the Rhein-Neckar Zeitung (online newspaper) and it promotes job offers on its social media (1 996 followers on Instagram, 141 300 on Facebook, 1 314 on Twitter and 225 on LinkedIn). There is also a Xing page. One of the founding employees is Stefan Kölle, featured in the somewhat unusual photo in the “About Us” section. Design: The search engine (keywords and location) appears at eye-level on the homepage and it includes advanced search options (publication date, type of hours, sector, radius, the subcategory and the level). The rest of the homepage has a particularly clear design, including colours and icons. All the featured companies really are hiring and you can a number of different services.
