Site's statement VDAB is the public employment service of Flanders; the official language is of the Netherlands. Vdab.be is also the number one job board in Belgium where you can find thousands of job offers. It offers individual help and guidance to anyone knew to the Belgium recruitment system, both employers and job seekers. The VDAB was founded in 1989 in order to make the labour market in Flanders as transparent and dynamic as possible. With a view to reaching that goal, the VDAB offers employment services, training and career guidance.
