Site's statement Mongolia Talent Network was set up to bring the best global practices for recruitment services to Mongolia. We provide a completely free service to job seekers and want to help you to build the careers that you deserve. We are passionate about driving greater transparency in the Mongolian job market. To that end we provide free career advice and tips, run job fairs, and have created a free bilingual job board that 80+ companies other than ours are already taking advantage of. Mongolia Talent Network contains both expat as well as national jobs in Mongolia.

Jobboard Finder’s opinion Mongolia Talent Network is one of the most popular job boards in Mongolia; The site is a little difficult to navigate as it does not clearly display the steps to follow as a recruiter or job seeker and the homepage is a bit too basic and lacking information The website is only available in English, which is useful for international users The job board only has a limited selection of job offers, but still the search engine offers filters including language, job sector and job types which is speeds up the searching process. To sign up you first need to upload you CV and answer a list of questions about your job/recruitment search which does hinder the application process.
